General information about reservations

• You can book your stay by phone, email or the inquiry form.
• The minimum length of accommodation is 2 nights in rooms and 3 nights in apartments, in the spring, summer and winter holidays we prefer 4 nights, change possible by agreement.
• Accommodation can be considered binding after paying a reservation deposit, which is 50% of the price of the stay. The remaining part can be paid on the day of arrival in cash or by credit card.
• We book the room on the day of arrival until 19:00, later arrival must be announced by phone at +420 605 843 992.
• Accommodation in rooms is possible from 14:30, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 in the morning on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed).
• Accommodation is governed by the house rules here.
